I received an email through my Uniquely Portland Oregon.com web site from a woman claiming to be his daughter and wanting my help. Here’s the information:

This is not an updated picture, he is now 51 years old, brown hair – may be gray now, green eyes, sometimes lives on the streets, jumps trains, last knowen where abouts were portland oregon. PLEASE help me fine my father

His name is Robert Rhoades, he sometimes goes by Bob
